Center for Student Services and Development (CSSD)

Center for Student Services and Development, Ministry of Education, P.R. China (CSSD), formerly known as China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (CHESICC), is an authoritative institution directly under Chinese Ministry of Education (MOE). Founded in 1991, CSSD specializes in information services and career guidance for students of higher education institutions. Its primary business includes higher education enrollment, students' record and qualification management and graduates' employment. CSSD issues verification reports directly to EP.

CollegeNet

CollegeNet provides on-demand technologies that help institutions and organizations improve operational efficiency. Through CollegeNet’s ApplyWeb application and CertiFile service, EP and CollegeNet work together to authenticate official student academic records and deliver EP evaluations and document certifications online.

Digitary

Digitary Core is a digitally secure, signed and sealed platform that enables individuals to share their EP evaluation reports and authenticated official academic records online, directly with institutions. Applicants may access their completed and digitally certified evaluation reports via secure web portal in read-only form. Reports may be shared with third parties online in a controlled, audited manner. Institutions and other parties can then authenticate, download, print, or save shared evaluations with the permission of the applicant.

Heartland Human Care Services (HHCS)

Heartland Human Care Services (HHCS) is dedicated to partnering with individuals facing poverty, displacement, and injustice, to support them in achieving ongoing safety, stability, and long-term success. HHCS and EP collaborate to recognize the education of their clients for the purposes of further education, employment, immigration, and professional licensure.

Parchment

EP evaluations may be released to your institution through Parchment, which is a digital credential service connecting applicants with institutions and employers through the Parchment platform. Admissions teams and employers can access reports upon receipt of a secure link via email or by logging into their Parchment account.

Slate

EP is a proud member of the Slate Preferred Partner Program, a network of organizations that share a commitment to support transformational effects on the world of higher education. Our partnership includes Slate Integration, which allows for completed EP credential evaluations to be uploaded into institutional Slate accounts.

True Copy

True Copy is an India-based company which provides secure delivery of educational credentials. This service is an option for applicants who have completed studies in India to have their official academic records conveniently transferred to EP for certification and evaluation.

Worldwide Transcripts

Worldwide Transcripts is an info-tech company with a mission of providing innovative services and a vision of serving clients across the globe. National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)

The NSDC is a public-private partnership that supports large-scale workforce development through vocational training, certification frameworks, and industry collaboration. NSDC works with institutions and organizations to promote skills-based education and improve global employability outcomes. This service is an option for applicants who have studied in India to have their official academic records transferred to EP for certification and evaluation.
