Evaluations for Nursing Licensure
Educational Perspectives prepares evaluation reports for Nursing licensure. This report will help the Nursing board to which you are applying determine if your academic and professional qualifications meet the required standards. Nursing licensure reports will be ready in approximately 12 working days. In order for us to prepare your report, you must:
- Create an account, then order and pay for evaluation services. Create an account and start an evaluation.
- Pay in full for the services you are requesting.
- Provide all required documents
STEP 1
Submit official academic records for all education to be evaluated including course descriptions/syllabi from your time of study for all nursing courses.
Download and forward the Academic Record Request form to your educational institution in your country of study. Please note that you will need to arrange for the forms and academic records to be sent directly to EP from your institution. EP cannot contact your institution on your behalf.
Provide an official English translation of all non-English documents you submit. We can help you translate your documents.

Download and forward the Nursing License Verification form to the nursing licensing authority in your country of study.
