In order to prepare an evaluation report that is useful to you, Educational Perspectives requires the following documentation:
A completed and signed Application for Evaluation of Educational Credentials. You can access a fill-able pdf copy of our application here. Once you have completed your application, you will need to print it and sign it.
Official educational credentials for all study completed, beginning with the final year of secondary school. Please see our country-specific documentation requirements in the pull-down menu below. Note: Educational Perspectives evaluates only formal educational credentials and programs.
Country-Specific Documentation:
One complete set of clear, legible photocopies of all academic credentials submitted for evaluation.
Photocopies of an official English translation for all non-English language documents submitted for evaluation.
Depending on the program you have completed, and the type of evaluation you request, we may also require the following:
A curriculum, plan of studies, syllabus, or other type of official documentation indicating the content of all academic work studied beyond secondary school.
Your application and documents can be sent to us by regular mail, fax, or email scan, as appropriate - our delivery address can be found on your application form.
Additional Important Information
Educational Perspectives reserves the right to request original documents or documents sent directly to Educational Perspectives by the issuing institution. In addition, Educational Perspectives may determine that credentials received for evaluation must be sent for verification before an evaluation can be completed.
Please check with the institution to which you wish to apply – some institutions require that evaluations be based on official documents sent directly from the issuing institution, or based on original documents. Documents received directly from the issuing institution become the property of Educational Perspectives and will not be released.
If Educational Perspectives requests that you submit your original academic documents, your documents will be returned to you by a secure method, once your evaluation is completed. Do not submit original credentials unless they are specifically required via the Country-Specific Documentation pull-down menu (see above), or you are requested to do so by an evaluator.
Educational Perspectives will contact you if additional information/documentation is required in order to prepare your evaluation.
